System Structure

ChargeGrabber® is a web-based system that is accessed through all major web browsers and any Internet-enabled device. ChargeGrabber enables your providers to quickly and easily enter ICD-10, CPT, and E&M codes, as well as other billing information, for their patients anywhere/anytime from a desktop or laptop computer, tablet, smartphone or other Internet device. Then your billing department can use the ChargeGrabber Administration module to generate billing reports displaying the charge information entered by the doctors.

Patient Organization

ChargeGrabber enables you to create up to 20 Patient Groups that allow you to segment your patients by location/facility or other criteria. Each Patient Group can be assigned a Hospital or Office mode, which links to codes specific for each mode.

Daily Patient List

The Daily Patient List displays the patients your practice will see each day. There are separate lists for patient visits/hospital rounding and surgical procedures.

The Patient Detail screen enables the provider to enter complete charge information for that patient.

Daily List Creation

When creating the Daily Patient List, ChargeGrabber enables you to populate the list with patient data from previous day(s), complete with their diagnosis and billing codes. Particularly for hospital patients who are admitted for multiple days, this significantly simplifies charge capture.
